    Monoblock Refrigeration Unit the Side-Mounted

    1. The product structure adopts wall hanging type, and the unit is installed on the side panel of the storehouse body.

    2. There are two types of units, medium temperature and low temperature. Medium temperatureunit mainly meets the use of cold room at 0-10"C, such as fresh storage. The low temperature unit mainly meets the use of cold storage at - 15 ~- 20"C, such as frozen storage.

3.With hot gas bypass defrosting, the defrosting effect is good.
4.Fully automatic intelligent control, with warehouse temperaturesetting and control, defrost setting and control, system
    operation protection functions.

Monoblock refrigeration unit is a equipment in which the condensing unit and the evaporator are in the same structure.
The refrigeration cycle of any refrigeration equipment or system has several processes: compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporator. This refrigeration cycle can be implemented in a split system, where the condenser is made up of one unit and the evaporator is made up of another unit, with piping required between the two. Or on the other hand, the refrigeration cycle can be implemented in such a compact system as monoblocks.

    • Cold Storage Characteristics And Construction Requirements For Ice Cream Storage Design
    • Ice cream cold storage is a specialized cold storage designed to meet the ultra-low temperature storage needs of ice cream. Compared with ordinary commercial cold storage, it has higher requirements for low-temperature stability, sealing and insulation, and higher construction and operation costs. It needs to be matched with high-performance refrigeration equipment, high-quality insulation structure, auxiliary insulation facilities and intelligent temperature control management system according to storage needs. It also plans zoning according to different storage products to ensure storage quality and adapt to the usage needs of different merchants.
