Our Factory
Chiller units work by removing heat from the liquid through a refrigeration cycle. The basic components of a chiller unit include:
1. Evaporator: This is where the liquid to be cooled passes through a coil or heat exchanger, and heat is absorbed from the liquid, causing it to evaporate.
2. Compressor: The compressor pressurizes the refrigerant gas, which is in a gaseous state after leaving the evaporator. This increases the temperature of the gas.
3. Condenser: The hot, pressurized gas from the compressor is sent to the condenser, where it releases heat and changes back into a liquid state.
This heat is typically expelled into the surrounding environment, often using a cooling tower, air-cooled condenser, or water-cooled condenser.
4. Expansion Valve: The high-pressure liquid refrigerant is passed through an expansion valve, which reduces its pressure and temperature,
allowing it to enter the evaporator and start the cycle again.

FAQ
A1: What are the cooling methods of chillers? What's the difference?
Q1: Compared with ordinary condensing units, chillers are more efficient. Its function is actually to cool down water or oil.Chillers also have two cooling methods: water cooling and air cooling. Water cooling requires a cooling tower, while air cooling requires aluminum fins.
A2: What is the evaporator cooling capacity and condenser heat transfer capacity of the chiller?
Q2: We will configure these data according to power, water flow, inlet and outlet temperatures. And provide a detailed parameter table for reference! |
