A1: No, refrigeration equipment in the Chinese market can only produce at least 220V.    

Q2: Why same HP compressors have big price difference?

A2: Because the temperature requirements are different,  the price is also different for low temperature and high temperature machine in the same hp.

The voltage is different, the special voltage 60hz is more expensive than the regular voltage 50hz, because it needs to be customized.
