With the continuous expansion of the customer's company's business, according to the storage needs of its crops, our technicians finally decided to build 4 sets of cold storage. The total construction area of the completed 1 set of cold storage is 42518ft³(1 set includes two cold storages ), the temperature is 15～21℃, and the design of five-sided cold storage is adopted. Among them, the outer dimensions of cold storage 1 are 96.1 feet (length) × 44.9 feet (width) × 12.1 feet (height), covering an area of 9343 square foot. The outer dimensions of cold storage 2 are 60.0 feet (length) × 20.0 feet (width) × 9.8 feet (height), covering an area of 3616 square foot. With the consent of the client, the following pictures are all project construction entity photos of the scene issued by our client.

(1) The cold room insulation board adopts polyurethane board with double-sided color steel plate of 100mm.

(2) Cold room 1 uses 3 common walls to divide the space of 868 square meters into 3 independent spaces, and cold room 2 uses 5 common walls to divide the space of 3616 square foot into 6 independent spaces for cargo storage chiller for cold storage.

(3)The cold storage right-opening doors are all 4.9 feet X 7.2 feet sliding doors with no threshold, using 100mm double-sided color steel plates cold and freezer rooms.

Customized Services

The refrigeration equipment of the high-temperature cold storage adopts the Bitzer semi-hermetic unit, which is suitable for the voltage of 440v/60hz/3ph cold room for ice block.

This high-temperature cold storage project in Xiamen Jialiang was constructed in August 2022. At present, 1 set of cold storage has been commissioned and accepted, and the customer is using it. 

The remaining 3 sets of cold storage are still under construction cold room for food storage.
