Cold storage evaporator is an evaporator used in refrigeration equipment such as cold storage. It is a wall heat exchange device. The principle is that the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant vaporizes and absorbs heat on one side of the heat transfer wall of the evaporator, thereby cooling the medium on the other side of the heat transfer wall.

1. The evaporator heat exchange is based on the most popular compressor design on the market and is suitable for different types of condensing units.

2. The shell is made of special galvanized steel plate, which has high strength, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and bright luster. Materials such as aluminum and stainless steel can also be used according to customer needs.

3. The design of the drain pan makes the sewage face the drain outlet, effectively reducing water accumulation in the drain pan.

4. Use high-quality copper tubes and special aluminum fins. The copper pipe has multi-tooth internal threads and is highly efficient. The copper content is as high as 99.9%, which increases the surface area and heat transfer efficiency.

Things to note when installing an air cooler in a cold storage:

1. The distance between the back of the cooling fan in the cold storage and the cold storage insulation board should be at least 300MM, which is conducive to air circulation in the cold storage and facilitates future maintenance.

2. A U-shaped oil return elbow should be installed at the return air outlet of the cold storage fan to facilitate the return of refrigerated oil to the cold storage compressor.

3. The air outlet duct of the cooling fan in the cold storage should be equipped with a U-shaped bend to form a liquid seal to prevent air circulation inside and outside the storage.
